Chinese New Year

13 Feb

Today me and Emily had an amazing day in Melbourne. It started off with a coffee and a visit to the Travel Expo at the Exhibition Centre. I attended this 2 years ago and it was alot more impressive back then but at least it was free.

We then stumbled upon Chinese New Year celebrations at Crown which was good fun. It included street markets, dancing, lanterns, a kidsΒ petting farmΒ and giant dragons.

We then walked to Fed Square for the book market.

Finally we both had our first try of dumplings at the wrong Shanghai noodle in Tattersalls Lane Chinatown, but they were still pretty good.
