Feeling good on the inside

Due to being sick often this winter and generally not feeling the best (lack of energy) I’ve made steps to improved my vegan diet and exercise 5-6 days of the week rather than only 2-3.

Feeling so good on the inside hopefully translates on the outside and improves my overall health. Healthy body and mind will be mine πŸ™‚

Β My current body fat percentage is about 20.9% … hoping to get this down to around 18%
